Check or cash donations sent via the U.S. Postal Service must be postmarked by December 31 to count as 2024 gifts.
Credit Cards
Credit card gifts must be processed by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 31 to count for 2024. They cannot be backdated. We recommend giving your credit card gift by phone or online instead of mailing it, as mail can be slow at year’s end.
Bank Account/Direct Debit
Bank account donations must be processed by our office staff, and your bank may take up to three business days to finalize the transaction. Bank account donations must be received by Sunday, December 29, at 5:00 p.m. EST. We will not be able to accept bank account donations after this time in order to complete processing by December 31.
Annual Receipts
Annual receipts will be sent out by mail for total 2024 contributions of $200 or more no later than January 31. If you have given an annual amount of less than $200 and would like a receipt, please contact us, and we will gladly mail it to you. Sorry, we cannot provide annual receipts by email.
